Privacy policy

The personal data operator is Pavel Lezhnin (Self-employed (professional income tax payer, Russia), tax ID 501723141785, the "Operator"). The Operator processes personal data of visitors and buyers of shop.safe-tun.com (the "Shop") in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". By using the Shop and paying for an order you agree to this Policy.

1. Data we collect

• the email address and order details you provide when placing an order;
• when registering an account — your email or Telegram ID and name;
• for Steam gifts — the recipient's Steam profile or invite link;
• payment details: amount, date and status of the transaction (the Shop does not receive card data);
• technical data (IP address, device and browser type, visited pages) for running the site, analytics and fraud prevention.

The Shop does not ask for or store passport data, card numbers or other documents.

2. Purposes and legal basis

• performing the sale contract: delivering the digital product and order notifications;
• running the account area — purchase history, re-viewing codes;
• responding to support requests;
• preventing fraud and protecting the Operator's interests;
• improving the Shop using anonymized analytics.

The basis is your consent, performance of the contract and the Operator's legitimate interests.

3. Sharing with third parties

Payment is handled entirely by the Digiseller payment service and its partners, including the FreeKassa aggregator; the Shop never receives or stores card data. The digital goods supplier (giftapi.io) receives only what is needed to fulfil an order (product and quantity), without your email or payment details. Data may be disclosed to public authorities on their lawful request. It is not shared with anyone else and is never sold.

4. Storage location

Buyers' personal data is stored in a database on a server located in the Russian Federation. Digiseller and the goods supplier process data under their own policies.

5. Protection and retention

The Operator applies organizational and technical measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to servers and the database, and backups. Order data is kept for as long as needed to perform the contract, handle claims and meet legal requirements, but no longer than 3 years after the last order; account data until the account is deleted; technical logs for no more than 12 months.

6. Your rights

You may request information about how your data is processed, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, restrict or object to processing, withdraw your consent, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Write to support@safe-tun.com; we reply within 10 business days. Withdrawing consent does not affect completed orders: data the Operator must keep by law is retained for the required period.

7. Cookies

The Shop uses technically necessary cookies for the account area and Telegram sign-in. In addition, only with your consent (the banner at the bottom of the page), the Yandex.Metrika web analytics service (Yandex LLC) is loaded: it sets its own cookies and receives anonymized information about page visits -- IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and clicks. Session replay is not used and account pages are not reported. You can decline or change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site, or in your browser settings; the Shop works the same without analytics.

8. Changes to this Policy

The current version is always available on this page with its date. We announce material changes on the site; by continuing to use the Shop after a new version is published you agree to it.
