Terms of sale

This document is a public offer by Pavel Lezhnin (Self-employed (professional income tax payer, Russia), tax ID 501723141785, the "Seller") under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and sets out the terms of sale of digital goods through shop.safe-tun.com (the "Shop"). Paying for an order is acceptance of the offer: the sale contract is concluded on these terms from that moment.

1. Definitions

• Digital product — an activation code, gift card, key, balance top-up or any other item delivered electronically.
• Buyer — a person or company that placed and paid for an order.
• Payment service — Digiseller (Digiseller.com), through which orders are placed and paid.

2. Subject

The Seller delivers a digital product in electronic form; the Buyer pays the price shown on the product page at the time of order. The description, denomination, region and activation terms are shown on the product page.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed on the Shop's website or on the product page at Digiseller. Payment is processed by the Payment service via bank card, SBP or other methods shown at checkout. Payments may be handled by the Payment service's partners, including the FreeKassa payment aggregator. They act as payment operators and are not parties to this offer; card details are never passed to the Seller.

4. Delivery

The product is delivered automatically, without operator involvement, immediately after payment is confirmed, 24/7. Delivery takes from 1 to 30 minutes unless the product page says otherwise. The code is shown on the order page; the Payment service emails a link to it to the address the Buyer provided at checkout. Delivery is complete when the code is shown on the order page.

Region-locked products only redeem on accounts registered in the matching region. The Buyer is responsible for checking the region shown in the product name and description before paying, and for the accuracy of any game ID, link or login entered for products delivered to an account.

Gifts and top-ups inside gaming and retail platforms (for example Steam) are carried out by the platform's own tools: whether a gift can be sent, delivered, accepted and activated depends on its rules, regional and price restrictions and the state of the sender's and recipient's accounts. The recipient may have to accept a friend request or the gift in their account. The Buyer agrees not to use a VPN or other means of bypassing the platform's regional restrictions.

5. Price and currency

Prices are shown in Russian rubles and include the payment provider's fee. The Seller may change prices at any time; an already-paid order is not affected.

6. Refunds and exchange

Refund and exchange terms are set out in the separate Refunds document, which forms part of this offer. A digital product of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged once the code has been delivered, except in the cases listed there. A refund request must be made within 14 days of payment. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to the original payment method unless the payment provider's rules or the law set another term. The Seller is responsible for handling requests and refunding the money; involving a payment service does not change that.

7. Support and claims

Support answers daily from 10:00 to 22:00 Moscow time; delivery is automatic and runs 24/7. Send requests and claims to support@safe-tun.com with the order number and a description of the problem. The Seller answers within 10 calendar days; refund requests are handled within the terms in the Refunds document. The Buyer agrees to contact the Seller's support before asking a bank or payment system to reverse a payment.

8. Liability

The Seller is not liable if the Buyer entered an incorrect game ID (UID), link or login, or purchased a product for a region other than their account's. The Seller is not liable for the actions of third parties (game publishers, payment systems), including account restrictions. The Seller's liability is limited to the price paid for the product. The site is provided "as is": the Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not responsible for failures caused by third parties or events beyond its control. The parties are released from liability for non-performance caused by force majeure (network and payment system failures, acts of authorities, changes to platform rules and other events beyond the parties' reasonable control).

9. Buyer's obligations

The Buyer agrees to use the purchased products and the site in accordance with the law and the rules of the services the product is for (stores, game platforms), to give accurate details when ordering, and is responsible for the lawful use of the product.

10. Intellectual property

The Shop's design, texts, images and other materials are protected by law. Copying, distributing or using them commercially without the Seller's written consent is prohibited. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used to identify products.

The Shop is an independent service. It is not the owner, operator, agent, official partner or authorized reseller of the brand owners whose products it sells (Valve/Steam, Sony PlayStation, Microsoft, Apple and others) and does not act on their behalf. Account and platform issues are governed by their owners' rules.

11. Restriction of access

The Seller may refuse service or restrict access to the site if the Buyer breaches this offer, fraud is suspected, refunds are abused, or as required by law or the payment service.

12. Changes to these terms

The Seller may change this offer. The new version is published on this page with its date and applies to orders placed after publication.

13. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Shop's website. By paying, the Buyer confirms having read it.

14. Governing law and disputes

Russian law applies. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, in court under the rules set by Russian law. If any provision of this offer is invalid, the rest remains in force.
